We inform and assure our Customers that Northern Wings S.A do not store any financial information on its data base and do not under any circumstances share information provided in the payment process, with 3rd Parties.
1. Boarding & Check-in:
All passengers boarding “Northern Wings S.A” aircraft shall always hold and present their valid passport or ID to the Crew when requested.
The Captain reserves the right to hand search the passengers and/or luggage or scan them with the use of a metal detector if he or local authorities deem necessary to do so. If under any circumstances passengers refuse or fail to present valid identification documents when requested or refuse to accept a search on them/or their luggage this may lead to a cancelation of the flight and NO refund shall be made.
Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified in accordance with the PCI DSS compliance standards. All Everypay services are made through secure connections with 256bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the ability to use the 3D Secure service, an additional security token for VISA, MasterCard & American Express. The Payer then has to enter his personal secret code to complete the transaction successfully. No flights depart unless they are fully paid for. Payment can be made by:
If paying by credit/debit card, the card holder must sign the relevant card use authorization form and acceptance of the terms and conditions of “Northern Wings S.A”.
If the customer wishes to pay by bank transfer the flight will be performed and will be sent official confirmation, only where the amount of money has been identified in the company’s bank account and the customer has accepted the terms and conditions of “Northern Wings S.A”.
3. The Trip:
The trips quoted are for one way unless agreed otherwise by both parties (passengers for the return trip must be known before the commencement of the flight). When passengers are on board on both legs additional charges apply.
In case of trip changes (less flight time or waiting time required) No refunds are made after flight confirmation is sent and payment is received.
4. Price Calculation:
All the prices that we provide to our customers are all inclusive (taxes and airport/handling fees, etc..are all included in the price). The Prices agreed with aviation brokers/resellers are Net and do not include any commissions but will include the standard reseller/partner discount.
All helicopters in the world are subject to weight limitations for passengers and baggage.
All customers/resellers are obliged to provide “Northern Wings S.A” with passenger’s names and actual weights as well as baggage weights and dimensions (if required) before the commencement of the flight. Flight calculations and confirmations sent are based on the agreed weights and the customer is obliged to inform “Northern Wings S.A” for any changes. “Northern Wings S.A”reserves the right to deny performing/continuing a flight where a weight limitation exceedance is noted or when the baggage’s are overweight and/or oversized and cannot safely fit inside the aircraft’s baggage compartment. “Northern Wings S.A” will provide detailed baggage compartment dimensions for its aircraft and all detailed specifications.
Where “Northern Wings S.A” can arrange a different aircraft for the flight requested due to weight limitations the flight is subject to additional charges.
6. Aircraft Change:
“Northern Wings” reserves the right due to technical reasons etc, to arrange the customer to fly with a similar aircraft at no extra charge but the customer will be informed for the change.
If “Northern Wings S.A” have to downgrade the customer (fly with a smaller aircraft than the one requested) , the customer shall be refunded the price difference (if any) and the change will be agreed between the customer and “Northern Wings S.A” prior to the commencement of the flight.
If the customer don’t accept a downgrade he shall receive a full refund from “Northern Wings S.A”.
7. Extra charges/arrangements:
Waiting =150 euro/hr, Second pilot charge =200 euro, Overnight charge 600 euro( depending destination additional charge may apply), all the above are charged extra subject to availability and prior agreement at the time of request. Waiting time and overnight charges are available only when the same passengers are on board the helicopter during both legs.
8. Cancellation Policy:
If the client cancels the flight at any time prior and up to 72 hours before departure time a 15% of the total amount of flight will be charged. If the client cancels the flight at any time less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours prior to the departure time, then 50% of the flight amount will be charged. If the client cancels the flight 48 hours or less from the departure time the Full flight amount will be charged and NO refund will be made. If the client does not show up for the flight at the time of departure the full amount of the flight will be charged and NO refund will be made.
In situation where “Northern Wings S.A” has to cancel a flight due to weather , technical reasons, or restrictions imposed by the authorities the full amount will be refunded to the client, except if the client wishes to reschedule and under no circumstances could be hold responsible for any disruptions.
9. Show up/Delays:
All customers are required to be at the point of departure at least 30 minutes if it’s from an airport and 15 minutes if it’s from a helipad or landing spot, prior to the agreed Estimated Time of Departure (ETD). In case where passenger delays to show up or doesn’t show up and where the aircraft’s schedule is affected “Northern Wings S.A” will treat this situation as a cancellation and NO refund will be made. In case “Northern Wings S.A” delays the flight for technical or other reasons beyond its control the company will not bear any responsibility, however the customer may be offered alternatives based on availability. If the customer denies the alternate solution a full refund will be made. In case the customer accepts the delay and/or the schedule changes, no refunds are made.
10. Brokers/Resellers/Partners Responsibilities:
The broker/reseller/partner is responsible to provide the customer with “Northern Wings S.A” terms and conditions. Any cancellations or problems resulting due to negligence or the inability of the broker to provide the customer with all terms and conditions is the sole responsibility of the broker and he shall therefore bare all expenses according to the terms and conditions described herein.
